OUR MISSION: To improve the lives of people with special needs by providing barrier-free, safe and affordable horses-centered activities.
Horses Adaptive Riding and Therapy (HART) provides adaptive and recreational riding to individuals with special needs. Base in Oregon’s mid-Willamentte Valley, we focus on creating a supportive, inclusive and compassionate environment for our clients, staff (two-legged and four legged) and volunteers.
