As a student mental health intern at Alliance Counseling, at the Center at Heron Hill, I use nature-based therapy treatment to work from a psychoanalytic and Relational Cultural Theory (RCT) framework. I am specifically interested in working with clients who struggle with social media addiction and related attention deficit issues, perfectionists, and people navigating major life transitions, including grief, divorce, and career changes.
